Cleaning principle
Vapor ultrasonic cleaning principle: the cleaning solvent can be heated to generate the vapor and form vapor zone. When the product will be cleaned is in this area, the oil on the surface of the product is dissolved and washed by vapor. When vapor is condensed, grease, dirt will fell back the tank along with the vapor. The cleaning solvent are heated again to become vapor for cleaning the product, The process continuously cycles to ensure the clean cleaner vapor contacting the product all the time, in this way, it will overcome the problem of cleaning liquid constantly polluted during normal cleaning.
