Q: Is the hair virgin and unprocessed?
A: Yes.
HOWEVER,if you choose a special color or texture, we need to do some process on the hair. Only a few dark colors are natural color for hair.

Q: Could the hair be dyed?
A: Yes.
It is virgin hair, could be dyed.
General speaking, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten it.
We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want.
We also offer the service to dye for you, you can choose the color you like from our color ring, but it is a little risky to select the color from pictures or PC or mobile phone.
Moreover,you can send your hair sample to make exactly the same color with your own hair.
Q: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair?
A: Of course you can.
Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every a few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp,it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your hair products too much, about every 3 weeks. The hair can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do so frequently. In a word, it is best to let your hair products dry naturally after washing them.
