Energy-saving principle |
Through changing motor speed, frequency conversion screw air compressor can achieve volume control, so air production and electricity consumption smoothly follow the air volume changes synchronously, when air consumption reduces, air supply reduces accordingly, power consumption also reduces in order to save energy. High-quality inverter can further improve the energy-saving effect, can smoothly start through the internal PID controller, little impact on power, large low-frequency starting torque, small running current, sleeping mode start when air consumption is small; greatly save energy, and high-precision data conversion and integrated design make fault less. |
| Main Features of Frequency conversion screw air compressor | 1. Long service life of air end: asymmetric profile rotor, with ball bearing and low speed operation, less wear, less maintenance cost, long service life. 2. More reliable operation: Frequency soft start can avoid the impact on the grid and also reduce the loss of electronic switches and motor coil. It does not need too much power when the motor is turned on and off , this can increase motor protection. Thereby reduce the need for peak current and improve power factor. 3. Freely set the desired pressure, keeping air supply under constant pressure: user can set any pressure within 3-13Bar, no need to replace the gears and belts. When the air consumption increases, the unit automatically speed up to increase air production while the pressure does not drop to ensure constant air supply; When the air consumption reduces, unit speed automatically slow down to reduce air production, so that the pressure does not rise to ensure constant supply. |
