Afengda air compressor adopts original Sweden SKF air end, Special tooth shaped rotor provides superior performance for each type. Rugged axial and radial bearings, guaranteed extremely long service life. Eliminate the leakage problems with three seals in key area.

4.Imported advanced microcomputer controller which is powerful at troubles diagnosing and protection
Lack of phase protection: any one phase or two phases of three-phase power disconnected, automatically cut off the power supply
Phase protection: when the three-phase power supply phase sequence is incorrect, can not start
Over-temperature protection: Exhaust temperature exceeds the set value, automatically cut off the power supply
No-load protection: No load for a few minutes, stops automatically, need to use gas, automatic re-start again.
Automatic unloading: First uninstall, then stop, to avoid heavy car start

5.Imported filtration system
High efficiency oil-gas separator, oil content of exhaust gas is lower than 3PPM
High efficiency oil filter, filter out the impurities in the oil, to provide clean lubricating oil for the head rotor and bearing.
High efficiency air filter, filter out the dust impurities in the air, protect for the head rotor and bearing.
Equipped with differential pressure sensor, when the filter is blocked, or the pressure difference exceeds the set value, it automatic alarms, to remind you to maintain or replace

6.Imported air capacity control system
Air inlet valves can make 0~100% stepless adjustment to the air delivery of compressor, to equal the volume of gas supply and consumption, reach the best energy saving effect.
Minimum pressure valve is guaranteed to maintain the fuel injection pressure, reduce the air flow rate of the oil separator, reach the best effect of the oil gas separator, function is equipped with check valve.
