Product Description
When it comes to the spiral silo, it has many features, smart exterior, smooth inter wall, excellent leak proofness with a high intension and high quality about the steel, suitable for every sizes of silos. The silo can be build with an absolute airwatertight system which could satisfy with some special requirements, killing the worm, fumigate or store the liquid material.
 
The silo is build on spot by which requires a good condition about the environment and a high technical support, but thanks to our advanced technology, which enables us to build cylinders diameter from 2.7 meters to 25 meters and the height up to 35 meters. This advantage allows the engineer, the designer and the user himself to exploit to the space available as well as a cheaper and more intelligent employment of the building site.



The main function: 
1 The silo is built directly on spot by using special machineries that, thanks to their advanced technology, enable us to build cylinders from 2,70 meters to 25,00 meters diameter and height, up to 35,00 meters. This advantage allows the engineers, the designer and the user himself, to exploit to the utmost the space available as well as a cheaper and more intelligent employment of the building site.
 
2 The silo has an inside flat smooth wall, a very important device which avoids stagnation of dust and product (that usually forms in the recesses of the corrugated walls causing proliferation of moulds and insects) and which permits a more versatile use.
 
3 The silo can be built with an absolute air- watertight system: this advantage allows to storage also liquid products as well as being extremely useful for the storing of cereal products themselves.That can avoid some liquid leaking from the silo.
 
4 The silo differently from corrugated one is suitable to any kind of bulk storage; that it means: aggregates (like cements, coal, gypsum, carbonates, etc), sludge, biomasses, chemical, plastic products and liquids.



Construction Procedure 
1 Choose a flat ground for steel silo to making platform, including structures, steel frame, steel column, connection machine, etc., set up a good platform.
 
2 Volume in the second lap closing devices, warehouse roof by cutting, according to water level under the cutting after completion of welding ring, will place the rose ring inside the bin body center, with a spirit level and tape measure.

4 Continue to start the equipment coil, The process with spray paint and stop welding silo stiffener and silo as required in the ladder.
 
5 Silo's bottom horizontally cut; place the capsule lift with the crane on the structure of platform.
