Thermal Flow Switch FS-M-PD013A Description:
FS-M-PD013 series Brass nickel-plated paddle flow switch with compact size, excellent performance. Compared with traditional target paddle flow switch, its performance is higher. Adopt plug-in mounting, mechanical type and reed switch.
Structure and principle:
Hermetic separation of electrical and hydraulic components. Not contain bellows. Reed switch do not touch with metal part, so the rust resulted from condensation water can be effectively avoided. Various models can meet different requirement. The reed-switch is imported, its off and reset value is very small. It is the best choice of central air conditioner and industrial fluid flow control for flow protection.
Application:
1. Detect liquid in pipe whether flow or the flow volume (flow rate, that is liquid flow pressure) meet the requirements or not. The switch output a signal to monitor on and off state.
2. Judging the working conditions of system by detecting signal or controlling the current pass through switch (electric contact on and off status) to determine the controlling or operating method.
3. The brass nickel-plated paddle flow switch is widely used in central air-conditioning water circulation pipe network system, automatic sprinkler system for fire protection system, liquid circulating cooling system to monitor the water flow.
Installation:
Horizontal:
When the air conditioning flow switch installed in the upper end of the horizontal pipe, the medium should be full of tubes to prevent the probe just exposed to air without contact with the medium.
Upside down:
When the air conditioning flow switch installed in the lower end of the horizontal pipe, should ensure that no precipitate in the bottom of the pipe to prevent the probe covered by precipitate.
Vertical:
Should be installed in the pipe that flow from bottom to up.
