Step 2: After you confirmed order, we will make invoice for your confirm.
Step 3: After we received payment, we will arrange start production for you.
Step 4: Once order finished and shipped we will email you Tracking # to follow it.
We also pay more attention to our after-sales service, if there is something wrong with the products during shipping, we will try our best to help you and send another one to you, but not including the man-made destroy. And we'll be patient to accept your advice about our products and then develop it.

Our original item is 200 pcs/design/color,no mix;New design is 500 pcs/design.
2,What's the usage of the charms?
They can be added to necklaces,bracelets,earrings and keychains.
3,How long a bulk order takes?
Usually it needs 20 working days,simple designs maybe 15 working days.
4,What's your sample policy?
Samples order is welcome,but all fees will be paid by customers.The Sample Fee will be refunded after you place an order.
5,Can you make the product with my design?
Yes,OEM/ODM are welcome.We have a professional design team,can make any items if get the pictures.
