Description of High Efficiency Leaching Tank:
Agitator tank is suitable for slurry mixing before further processing of raw material in mining. This machine features with high capacity, low invest and anti-corrosion design. Thus makes it a long life span and reliable mining agitator. We have several models for this type of machin. The utility model relates to a device for mixing and lifting pulp and flotation reagent, which is used in the mines, the chemical and the coal industries, in particular to a lifting agitation tank. The device is suitable for flotation, re-election, and separation and so on. it stir for the concentration that is not more than 35% and solid components of the slurry practical size of less than 1 mm. it can also be used for mixing with flotation and other non-metallic minerals.
Working Principle of High Efficiency Leaching Tank:
With dual impellers rotating and agitating, ore pulps move downward and then diffuse along damping plate. Air is fed in tank from the lower end of shaft, and blended with ore pulps to form uniform suspending mixed liquid.
In the gold cyaniding process, leaching agitation tank is applied to leach and carbon-absorb ore pulps whose fineness is -200 meshes and whose density is less than 45%. Under similar circumstance, it is also applied to agitation and leaching in metallurgy, chemical and light industry.
