Rotary Flash Drying MachineThe main drying machine assumes round structure. Dispersing blades are equipped in the drying chamber and there is an annular slot at the bottom of the drying chamber. The factors of the shape of the bottom of the drying chamber, annular slot and so on are adjusted with the changes of drying materials. The diameter of the drying chamber can be changed from 250mm to 2750mm and the temperature of the drying chamber can reach as high as 600.
Material collector As the material dried in the drying chamber enters into the collector, the specific weight, fineness and viscosity of the dried powder has close relationship with the selection of the configuration of the collector. Selection of the collector often uses a1 b1 forms and the quality of the material is selected from the angle of antisepsis, heat-resistance and so on. Drying of the material having special physical characteristics in the drying process and requiring special process such as inert gases protection, heat-sensitivity, antistatic behaviour all should adopt the different systematic configuration mode in conformity with the process.
