As the first stage of multistage cleaning system, the primary polyurethane cleaner can clear away most of the sticky materal on the belt, only a layer of sticky power left. The scraper is made of polyurethane, especially for belt cleaners,which can ensure longer service life. 2.Solid and one-piece scraper, with the special design of cambered surface, and it can press pulleys more closely. 3. Simple installation. 4.Simple maintenance, with the spring tension device and visual inspection, the pressure can be optimized by adjusting nuts, which can be operated conveniently and repeatedly;. 5.Simple and rapid replacement of scrapers, just remove the bolt of one side and then fit the new scraper, which only takes a few minutes.
