1. Can I have some Samples ?
It is free for small quantity samples with freight collect , if the quantity is big , you should pay for the samples and delivery fee , but the amount will be deducted in next order .
2. What are the payment terms?
We accept Paypal, T/T, Western union and L/C. 30% deposit in advance , 70% balance before delivery( include the delivery fee ) .
3. What about the delivery time?
We usually finish the goods within 10 working days , large quantity will be delivered before the deadline which both parties agreed.
4. Do you provide OEM service?
Of course .We have a professional team which is having considerable experience in color decoration cases,design and manufacturing. Please send us HR images, text, logo ,let us know what material you need, and which style you want, we will make a mock up for your confirmation. After your confirmation on mock up, we will make sample for your confirmation, once you confirm the sample, we will start production according to confirmation sample.
5. What kind of transportation methods you offer?
A. We usually send the goods via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS,
as we enjoy perfect discount in these companies. We also can send the goods as per client's requirement under client's account with freight collect.
B. We also always ship the goods by air and by sea if it is with large quantity. Anyway we will confirm with clients for shipment method before shipment.
6.Do you have stock products to sell?

7.How about your quality control and warranty?
