Feature:
Temperature range -45° + 130°C. Very good weathering resistance. Low gas and moisture permeability. Poor resistance to petroleum based oils and fluids.
Butyl has very high impermeability to gases, ozone, ultra violet light and weathering. Butyl also has high chemical resistance and is particularly good where high or low temperatures prevail.

Butyl has moderate resistance to abrasion and compression set. Resistance to chemicals, resistant to most inorganic products, highly resistance to mineral acids , alkalines and aqueous acids, Not recommended to use in contact with oils , or hydrocarbon solvents.

Application:
Apply to punch the seal gasket and others which have abrasion resistance, anti-impact and good cushion performance.

Packaging: be packed with plastic film, then put on pallet, reinforced.
