Manual High Precision Mounter TP39V
TP39V includes six parts:
1. Mounter (Host body)
2. PCB Position Platform
3. Visional system
4. Guide control system
5. Mute Vacuum Pump
6. Component feeding system
Technical Parameters:
TP39V has a free machinery movement function. It has a high precision guide rail at X, Y
axis, the mounter head can move on the X axis (levelly) of 540mm, and on the Y axis of
375mm.
Visional system, component foot and PCB pad can be displayed on 12'' LCD screen, you can
get an accurate mounting for QFP, QFN, PLCC, ect.
There is a high precision guide rail and can move on X axis. Mounter header can move on Z
axis (up and down) by 60mm to confirm high accuracy.
Mounter head can rotate freely, with θ angles of 0-360°
Max size of printing: 260×280mm
The plate-type feeder can rotate in two directions

Operation Process:
Once the components have been set up according to the actual requirement , the disc feeder
can contain 24 kinds of components and the belt type can contain 15 kind of components.
When the power is on, the operator can move the mounter head to the top of the component;
the component will be automatically suctioned up and then will move from the mounter head
to PCB pad. Thus at the related height, the head will rotate and it will go down to mount the
component on the accurate PCB pad by stepping the foot pedal switch.
