NeoDen4 is a pick and place machine of components flexibility, PCB flexibility and production flexibility. With placement rates of 10,000 cph, four heads, up to 48 feeder slots, vision system, auto rails and smart feeders, users can move from prototype into production on the same machine, saving programming and job setup time.And it's professional for Led strip, especially long Led strip (0.6m,1.2m and 1.5m)

1. Dual vision system (up-looking and down-looking camers), identify and calibrate the different components at one time, improves the accuracy of placement from 0201 to BGA;
2. Auto rails, help to achieve continuous placement and solve the problem of long LED bar, ex. 1.2m LED strip;
3. Automatic electric feeders, reduce the feeding deviation; It has a vibration feeder which can support 5 different tubes at one time. And the tape feeder up to 48 ( all 8mm) and also support 12mm,16mm,24mm, and it is also come with a tray feeder.
4. General conveyor is supported, so a SMT production line can be setup, which is more time-saving and labor-saving.
