1.Phase Change Inhibited (PCI) Heat Transfer Technology,The surface temperature of PCI device along the heat transfer ways doesn't show the dull change as usual. The temperature of the place far from the heat source may be lower than one of the nearer place. Meantime, man can find that the heat transfers from the heated side of the device to the far place by very high speed, keeping the heated place in low temperature. As a new and the next generation heat transfer way PCI technology has advantages with"two high", i.t. high heat transfer speed and high heat transfer density.

Heat sink Technology introduction

1:The flame with temperature of over 1300 degree centigrade hits a special thin plate and Copper bars and Steel Plate in the meanwhile

2:The special thin plate called as PCI heat transmitting plate of 2.5 millimeters thick and made of aluminum





1. High Heat Transfer Speed:
Use the arc torch with heat power of more than order of 1000W as the heat resource, heating the surface 1 cm2 or smaller area of PCI device with the thickness of 2mm. And as soon as the heating resource pulled out, man can touch the backside of the device immediately. The heat spread time could reach up to millisecond!

2. High Heat Transfer Density:
Make use of film heater or high power torch to heat the PCI device, and measure the actual the heat transfer density. The heat transfer density could reach 100-1000W/ cm2

3.The whole lamp employs "Chimney effect" for heat dissipation , extending the life time and ensuring it's reliability .
