1.Machine introduction:
Traditional folding system in 1 lane with 1 or 2 primary folds by air jets into reverse rotating rollers and 1 crossfold by 500mm knife blade into reverse rotating rollers.
Machine features:
1.Selectable direction of discharge conveyor: towards the operator or to the rear of the machine.
2.Bypass of 1st primary fold.3.
3.Stacks are formed according to a preset count.
4.Automatic selection of folding programs.
5.Automatic stacker reset upon each program change.
6.Automatic linen reject facility.
7.Audio-visual alarm in case of jam-up.
8.Castors for moving easily.
