Features :
 
1. The technology of butt welding is simple . The amount of shortening of product is small ,less metal burr .It is favourable to simply the rear process .

Two or three electric pulse welding has the function of preheating ,shaping and the annealing on the medium and high carbon steel .It is not only apply to compact wire butt welding, but also resolve the problem about butt welding the expanding material ,such as low-carbon Copper, pure copper ,brass ,low-carbon steel ,medium-carbon steel ,stainless steel ,Aluminum, metal wire .
 
3. It adopts the micro-computer control processor to control the procedure .It can adjust and control the parameter of clamping material ,welding ,upset forging ,stop and so on during the process of welding .The equipment is easy to operate and grasped .
 
4. Lever type pressurized structure make cylinder more powerful in unit area so that ensure the stability of welding .
