Introduction:
ZBJ (series) Biomass briquetting is the process of converting substantial biomass wastes(moisture ≤ 12%, length ≤ 5mm, diameter ≤ 3mm), such as sawdust, sugar cane, rice straw, rice stalk, bamboo, corn stalk, cotton stalk, bean husk, into high density and energy concentrated hollow bio fuel briquettes(half-charcoal stick) under high pressure and temperature. During this process, no need to use binder and noxious chemical.
The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warim in house. The length of the finished product can be controlled by yourself, and we can also change it right for your requirement.
Charcoal briquette machine shows the features of high capacity, low energy consumption, compact and durable. If the raw materials is not sawdust, pls use wood crusher; If the moisture is higher than 12%, pls dry it.
