This machine is suitable for tea fruit juice drinks,mainly used for the sterilization of bottle mouths and caps which could'nt be touched by high temperature material after hot-filling and capping,the capped bottles are inverted by 90 degrees,automatically by this machine and so bottles are put even.It steril-izes the caps inner wall and then stand vertical automatically,then enters shower cooling machine.It dopts improrted transmission chain,steady and reliable ,do no harm to bottle,stepless speed adjusting.

SDR series bottle inverse sterilize machine 1. It is mainly used hot filling fruit juice and tea in PET bottle to sterilize PET bottle mouth and surface of caps, which haven't been disinfected by high temperature.
2. It mainly consists of chief conveying chain system, support, bottle reversing chain system, bottle reversing guiding rod and repositioning rod. It use inner thermal medium to disinfect bottle mouth and caps without any other heat source, o it can save energy.
3. The machine is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel, elegant in appearance more convenient in operation
