Apllication Fields: This kind of test machine is particularly used for testing the Pressure and Sealability of the safety valves and can be used in heavy loaded Calibration Station where safety valves with medium and low pressure can be tested.
This mode is applied for mass work of middle and low safety valve offline testing, and test the pressure and seal grade.

Testing scope:
1. no power need, bottom pressure reinforcement, no ground work needed.
2. 2 gauge, precisely shifting
3. Patented structure synchorized movement, no need for central position, and high effiency, lower working hours

Parameters
1. DN: Flanged DN 32-100 mm safety valves, bonnet thread 1/2″~ 2-1/2″
2. Max testing pressure: 15Mpa
3. Accurancy: ±0.4%
4. Medium: Nitrogen or clean compressed air (provided by the user).

Design Features:
1. Pressing pneumatic clamping structure. No electrisity & foundation needed.
2. Double precision pressure gauge display and Two-grade transfer structure.
3. With ccentric disc patented structure of synchronized drivinge type, no central pad need to be placed on the clamping foot when testing. Efficient and labour-saving.
