3,How many finish do your tiles have? Sometimes we want use same color indoor and outdoor.Answer: We have 3 finish for some of our tiles, matt, grip and lappato. The slip-resistance rate is R9 and R11.
4, Do you have any test report? Our project usually need it.Answer: Yes, we have test report for every lines of our tiles.
5,What is the main market of your tiles please?Answer: Belgium,New Zealand, Australia, Korea, Canada,United States, South America....
6, What is the MOQ, if we have very small order, such as 5 boxes for bathroom, will you accept this order?Answer: There is no MOQ, because all lines of our tiles are regular production,we always keep stock in warehouse for all color and all size. So of course we can accept very small orders any time.
7,What is the delivery date?Answer: within10 days after order confirmed, as we always keep stock in warehouse.
