Description

1. This multifunctional vegetable cutting machine can cut leaf vegtable like scallion, garlic, leek, spinach, celery, Chinese cabbage, and caraway etc. Into strip or square slice shape.
2. By changing the ox-horn blades into strip blades, it can cut root vegetables like carrot, onion, bamboo shoot, lotus, potato, carrot, eggplant, sweet potato, taro, and radish etc. Into strip shape.
3. Though adjusting the speed of knife and belt by excact inverter, the cutting size can be changed according to clients' needs.

Note:
1. This machine can be connected to a vegetable washing machine by a converyor in a whole food processing line.
2. A pair of ox-horn standard blade is equipped with the machine for free, you should buy an extra srip blade if you want to cut root vegetables into strip.
