This device has the main components, as follows:
1. Steaming wok: The steaming pan is a vertical three layer steaming pan, it can adjust the temperature and moisture of material before pressing, which can make crops reach the requirement of pressing.
2. Feeding mechanism: Working part of feeding mechanism is between material outlet of steaming pan and material feeding end of the press cage shaft, which consists of leaf binder, binder shaft and material falling barrel. The inlet of material falling barrel has a rotary control valve to control the blanking flow. There is hopper under the gate, where you can look at the situation of blanking and seizure blank samples.
3. Squeeze cage and pressing screw shaft: The squeeze cage and pressing screw shaft are the main working part of the machine, the parison pressed from the feeding mechanism goes into the gap-press chest(consists of press cage and press screw shaft) continuously, because of the rotation of pressing screw, parison pushes, the space of press chest is becoming little, and the parison gets strong pressure, so most of oil is extracted and flows out by squeezing bar of press cage. Cake blank is discharged from the cake outlet.
4. Cake adjusting device: The cake outlet of press screw shaft has cake adjusting device to adjust the thickness of cake.
5. Cake outlet auger: The auger is fixed inside the V groove base, which can discharge oil and dregs out of V groose.
