 Adopts high pressure to produce bubble. You could add circulating surfing with bubble washing and high pressure spraying for third times washing. It can separate silt or impurities efficiently. Machine supplied water continuously and water volume can be adjustable. It is convenient for user to adopt the handling capacity and washing cleanliness as requirement. Machine is made of stainless steel.
This vegetable washing machine is used for washing leaf and stem vegetable as well as fruit in small/medium and large scale production. We can make for continues washing line for large scale production as you demanded.

1. This kind of vegetable fruit washing machine adopts the cleaning principle of high pressure air bubble. It has the advantages of high cleaning ability, high washing rate, wide range of application and no damage to the material.
2. It is equip with spraying section in order to wash the material thoroughly, the material is automatically conveyed to spraying section by conveyor mesh belt.
3. It can also be equip with ozone generator for sterilization and disinfection according to customers special requirement.
4. The machine can also be equip with soft roller, brush roller, purification device and disperse device according to different material.
5. All of the machine body (excluding motor, reducer, etc.) is made of good quality SUS304, durable and easy to clean.

2.Working Principle:
1.The machine with bubble and ozone generator(optional)can wash the fruit and vegetable thoroughly. 
2.When the vegetable or furit coming into the water tank,they will be fully scattered,rolled,cleaned and transferred by the high pressure water and strong flow.
3.Washed by the high pressure water and bubble water, the dust attached on the surface of vegetables canbe cleaned thoroughly.
4.The mud fall off from the surface of vegetable will into the bottom of the sink. It will not back flow that maycause pollution. 
5. The small weed, bug or other clutters in the water will collected by separation tank. 
6. The cleaned vegetable and fruit will be sent out by belt and spray cleaning. Then go the next step.
