Coconut cutting machine

APPLICATION:
QW-CCM-1000 machine special design for young coconut cutting. Powerful and efficient to divide coconut into half, and at the same, largest collect coconut water. More scientific and sanitary, largest improve production.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The equipment composed by frame, conveying chain, collection bin, hook, sieve, knife, motor etc part.
Labor put the coconut on the chain one by one , under motor driven, the coconut transport to cutting centra, by hook lift and face for knife to get cutting under high impact pressure. Then water flow to the bottom collection bin via sieve to get rough filtration, and half shell to separate from each side chute, also to largest collect water, there is sieve and pipe at the discharge chute for water which left on the shell to get further collection and make sure no waste.

ADVANTAGE:
1. With baffle for each gap on the chain to fix the coconut,
Gap distance by scientific calculation as per chain pitch and coconut size.
2. All material by high standard SUS304 to make sure product sanitary,
include bearing and chain, frame and strong hardness knife etc.
3. Knife by special treatment, 10mm thickness, to prevent the wear after many time cutting, and knife position easy move and convenient for maintenance.
4. With whole cover to prevent water not flashing out, largest for collection,
and cover by screw to fix, easy for disassemble for washing.
5. Sieve install on the chute and above collection bin, to get rough filtration,
also improve the water collection efficient.
6. With separation device under cutting part, to make sure shell discharge from each side, also under gravity function, shell flow to outlet via tilt chute.
7. Match with VFD, to adjustable the rotation speed, convenient to control.
