Q: Does the water corrode the system of air compressor?
A: The purified water with according to the drinking standard is used in the CM air compressor of water lubrication and the parts materials used of 304,316 stainless steel of international standard, which will never rust.
Q: Will the water affect the service life of the bearing?

Q: Does the water accumulate the sediment?
A: The system uses the purified water with drinking standard and the water is circulating in this system. Every 200 hours, the system can automatically change water to ensure the calcium content in water within no increasing. In addition, the operating temperature of air end is not higher than 50ºC. So there is no risk of sediment accumulation.
Q: Does the efficiency of the oil-free screw air compressor of water lubrication reduce gradually?

Q: Does the compressed air which is produced by the water lubrication air compressor contain abundant water?
A: After the compressed air, the water content is saturated. The water content of compressed air is nothing to do with anything but the temperature. The compressed air produced by water lubricating unit is no higher than 50ºC and its water content is saturated at 50ºC. Since the exhausting temperature of other air compressor is higher than 50ºC. So the water content of compressed air by water lubrication compressor is lower than other compressors.
