Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: What's the lead time?
A: Samples need 3-5 wording days , mass products need 7-15 days.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: Express, Air or Sea shipment are available, it depends on your need. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive except Sea transportation.
Q: How to precede the order if I have logo to print?
A: we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce real sample for your second confirmation. if mock up is ok, we will go to mass production.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no big problem to the lights. Secondly, we usually offer 2 years warranty for our lights. During the guarantee period, we will resend new lights with the new order for small quantity. If there are many lights don't work, we can repair them, and then resend them to you. In addition, after 2 years warranty, we can help you to maintain the lights and collect some material costs.
