Huarui Aluminum honeycomb is adhesively-bonded of the aluminum foil, which produces one of the highest strength/weight and the highest surface-to -volume ratio of any structural material. Our aluminum honeycomb is made from 3003H18 and 5052H18 aluminum alloy foil.

Workshop Facilities and Testing machine
1)Cleaning machine of aluminum foil
Full automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine, in order to increase the bonding strength of honeycomb
Aluminum foil goes through the printer for adhesive line
to be printed in a clean, closed and air conditioning house. Once the lines are printed, the foil is cut to size and stacked into piles using the stacking machine.
3)The 2nd generation automative production line of aluminum honeycomb panels
In order to fullfill customer's requirements, Huarui brough in the second generation of automatic production line of honeycomb panels, which produce high quality and cost effective honeycomb panels for the industries.
4)Testing facilities
Huarui has a Q.C deparment in the charge of G.M office, ensuring our product's quality is meeting our standard and customer's demands, and to issue C.O.C and M.T.C as per customer's standard
